Once your order is on its way to you, we can’t cancel it or give you a refund. We hope you understand!

We don’t do returns, but if you’re not happy with your order, tell us within 24 hours of getting it by sending us an email or a message on WhatsApp. We’re here to help you out!

We don’t give cash refunds. Instead, we’ll give you store credits that you can use for your next purchase.

If something’s wrong with your order because of us, we’ll exchange it for you. Your satisfaction matters to us!
